Unlock the Ultimate Conference Experience with the Expo Quest Scavenger Hunt!

Attention all conference attendees! Get ready for an exhilarating adventure with the Expo Quest mobile app scavenger hunt. Not only will you have a blast exploring the exhibit hall, but you’ll also have the chance to win a FREE registration to next year’s conference in Baltimore!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Download the official APCO 2024 app.
  2. Tap the Expo Quest tile on the main page of the app.
  3. Start navigating the exhibit hall to find the QR codes in various locations throughout the hall. There may even be a few outside the hall.
  4. Check the leaderboard to see who is in the lead!
  5. On Wednesday, August 7, the top point earners will be entered into a drawing. Winners will be announced via push notification and email.

Prize: The top point earners will be entered into a drawing and three winners will be chosen. These three winners will be announced on Wednesday, August 7 via push notification and email. Winners receive a complimentary full registration to APCO 2025 in Baltimore.

Contest Rules and Eligibility: Everyone registered for the conference can play via the app, but only full conference and day pass attendees will be eligible to win. Winners will be notified via email. You do not have to be present to win. The leaderboard will show where you stand during the competition.

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email. You do not have to be present to win. APCO International will e-mail the winners with the process to claim their prize.  If any selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize and/or, where applicable, an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted.
